Great staff, helpful manager and CEO. Convenient location for airport bus. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic swimming pool for hot summer days.

Communication with the staff members can sometimes be challenging due to limited English language skills.

The breakfast and location were the only good things this hotel had to offer. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, from cereal to pastries and eggs. , the location was very convenient as it was close to the city center and the main attractions.
I was extremely disappointed by the state of this hotel. The room I stayed in was dirty and smelled bad.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the main square and transport links, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and welcoming, giving us a warm greeting upon arriving. the Christmas decorations in the lobby gave the hotel a festive atmosphere which was enjoyable.
the swimming pool, which was listed as open all year round, was drained and out of use, despite the warm weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast selection was great, and having a swimming pool was a definite plus point, especially as we visited in the summertime. The staff were very helpful, and when we required assistance, they did make an effort to help us. We were impressed when the manager greeted new customers coming on the airport bus. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Nothing it was perfect.
